Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. Porzione di stazzo, al piano terreno zona giorno con cucina e splendida veranda vista mare e tramonti, al primo piano due camere matrimoniali entrambe con il bagno interno. A disposizione una doccia esterna e una lavatrice condivisa, vista sul tramonto unica. L’altra porzione di Stazzu è abitata da me, quindi alcuni spazi esterni possono essere condivisi. Spiaggia raggiungibile con una buona camminata (20 minuti) o in tre minuti in auto.
