Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Also less than a mile to public beach park and boat ramp. The home offers a full kitchen, laundry, sleeping area for three with queen bed in bedroom and sofa sleeper in the living room.
