The sun sets directly in the back of the home, so the back balcony is the perfect place to watch the sun set with friends or family.

The rental is located across the road from Graining Fork Nature Preserve. Renters have access to the preserve to climb or explore. Submit your permit request to per the instruction at Graining Fork webpage. BUT instead of emailing submit through the AirBnB messages. It is a one room apartment with 1 full size bed, small couch, bench, and 2 bar stools. And has a hot 2-plate, pot, pan, toaster, mini-fridge, French press, microwave, rapid boil kettle, cooking utensils and tableware.

Some of the favorite features are the year-round hot tub, large back deck, charming living room with gas fireplace to sit and read a book, play board games or watch the Smart TV. We are about 15 miles from Red River Gorge, less than 10 miles to Stanton and about 50 miles to Lexington. Need to escape from the world? This property is perfect for you!

Located on a hobby farm beside of a stocked fishing pond, it's as much of a destination as it is an accommodation. The closest neighbors are 3 friendly donkeys that love to greet guests at the fence for attention and ear rubs. Fishing poles and donkey treats are provided to round out your stay. We're 20 scenic minutes to Slade or Stanton and 25 to Mount Sterling.
