Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Wonderful lake house! Clean sheets and beds are made!Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, gas grill, coffee pot, & dishwasher. Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon. Excellent walk out swim area or jump off the dock with swim up ladder. Included firewood, use of kayaks. Great fishing. Come make great family vacation memories! SUNY Cortland is 8 and SU is 17 miles away.

Quaint & cozy private lakefront cottage on East side of Skaneateles Lake. Gorgeous views! Magnificent sunsets!! key location! Short Boat ride or drive to village (2.9 mi) and all attractions. Cottage is on a 1 acre 185ft lakefront property shared with the owner. Dock for lake access. 2 kayaks and life jackets available to enjoy the lake. Water shoes a must as lake bottom is rocky. No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
