Summer Vibes all year long! Located just 10 miles north of Alpena, the two story 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is situated on all sports Long Lake. In the summer months the property offers a fire pit with chairs, covered patio with dining and grilling area as well as a large porch overlooking the lake, perfect for taking in a sunrise. A private dock is available for you to pull your own boat up to. Public launch is located less than a mile away. Winter months offer a quiet tranquil retreat.

River access to fish and kayak. 6 miles to Ocqueoc Falls. 2 miles to Lake Huron. 5 close boat launches. Many lighthouses. Direct access to N. MI trail system for hiking/4 wheeling. This 2nd retreat has a charming enclosed front porch for sitting, a quiet serene space to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine, to read a book or just to sit and relax. We are in walking distance to a great Ice cream shop , the local winery, a quaint coffee shop, Mango's for margarita's and end the evening with the local movie theater. Enjoy the small town dynamic.

Modern cabin on the Thunder bay river

This modern rustic Up North cabin that offers 120 feet on the Thunder bay river! Cabin is located on a private Rd. which gives you the true Up North feel but is only a 15 minute drive to Alpena! Enjoy fishing, kayaking, tubing, swimming as well as hikes on the nearby state land! Property has it's own boat launch, fire pit and also 6 kayaks (4 adult and 2 kids) for you to use! Cabin also includes WiFi, smart TV, outdoor grill.

Latitudes Tavern Apartment

A premium spot in downtown Alpena. The center of downtown is two blocks down the road at 2nd Avenue and Chisholm St. We are located in a premium spot to find dinner, entertainment, shopping and most importantly nightlife. The space is located above a bar. So...it can be a little noisy for some. But if you are ok with some noise or don't normally turn in until later in the evening, we are for you. The Little Bear Cabin on the Hill is nestled in the woods off of M-32. It is surrounded by Lakes, State Land, and Golf Courses. Great location for golfing, hunting, swimming, boating, fishing, ORV Trails, and a getaway from it all...Bring your ATVs, fishing poles, floaties, boats, kayaks, jetski, and the family. Oh and don't forget your pets they can come too! Great for the Summer & Fall seasons!!
