We would like to share this special part of the Bo-Karoo with everyone who is seeking quality time and wants to reconnect with themselves and with nature. Soak up spectacular sunrises and sunsets while relaxing on the wraparound stoep, or take in the view through stackable doors in the kitchen and living room. A traditional AGA coal stove in the open-plan kitchen , as well as a fireplace in the living room create warmth and a cosy atmosphere during the cold Karoo winters.

Leopolds Rest Room 1

If you visit Prieska, this is the place to stay. You will find the best views in town, with amazing sunrise and sunset. The evening you will enjoy peace and quiet will you can light your barbeque while star gazing. The room has his private terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee and some homemade rusk. There is also a workspace availble and we can add an extra bed to the room if the client request seperate beds.

Amelia Guestroom

Come enjoy Karoo hospitality on a farm in Prieska, right outside of town. We offer a beautifully decorated spacious room with amazing countryside views and an invertor to keep the lights, wifi and TV on! Perfect for business trips or overnight stay. Looking forward to host you!

The campsite accommodates up to six people and includes a power supply, a tap with running water, and private braai facilities available on request. Guests have access to a communal pool and shared ablution facilities with showers, basins, and toilets.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful karoo river cottage. Situated on a working farm on the banks of the Orange river. Sit on the deck while sipping on a sundowner and hear the Fish Eagle’s call. Fishermen welcome to cast a line or two!
