We're close to beaches, dining, shopping, and outdoor activities. The charming deck is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy reading a book, having breakfast, dinner, or a nice evening drink. Not suitable for children, pets, Not handicap accessible. No one under 20. No Smoking on premises.

If you have never been to Broadkill, this is a must. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, read your favorite book on an empty beach, fish or crab, visit the famous Rehoboth Boardwalk or shop at the outlets, this is the place for you. Located only 1 1/2 block from the beach. Bird watchers paradise. Home on dead end street with very little to zero traffic. Located next to Prime hook National Wildlife Refuge. The extra person charge is for adults only exceeding 4 guest.

The Sandbox is located on a quiet street just steps from Broadkill beach. Enjoy your coffee in the large 3 season porch or take it go and stroll along the shore collecting treasures. Bring your pup along as this is a pet friendly beach! In the evening, build a fire right on the beach and take in the colorful sunset.

Cozy Woodland Cottage

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Located less than 5 miles from downtown Lewes and Delaware Beaches. The cottage guest house is nestled in the woods adjacent to a tree house overlooking a tranquil pond with a calming fountain sounds. On the main property guests have access to a in ground swimming pool (seasonal) with a 60 foot lap lane and slide, schedule times with hosts.. The backyard also includes an organic garden, playground and 🐔 chickens.

Relax & enjoy the shabby chic decor in our home with all the modern conveniences. Our home is steps from the water with unlimited views of the dunes and Delaware Bay. Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge surrounding Broadkill has a family oriented hiking trail with an observation deck. Great views with lots of wildlife to see.

The Garden Apartment

Bubba & Banjo’s was built as a home for me and my husband before we bought our first house. And now we get to share it with others! Luxury garage apartment, barndominium, pole barn are a few words people have used when describing the spot. The garden view might be one of my favorite things but the spacious tile shower is a close runner up! It’s simple but checks all the boxes for what a great rental spot should be in our opinion.
