Fully functional kitchen with efficient tiny home appliances, full bath with corner shower, a Queen bed with a twin above it in the upper container and a twin on the main level. Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.

The house has a panoramic view of Rustico Bay and sunsets from the front deck are breathtaking!
