Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Hear the fog horns, smell the salt air, & walk to EVERYTHING from this classic 1840s cottage in the historic Point section of Newport, just 2 blocks to the Bay. Step back in time as you step through the white picket fence and onto the old fashioned covered front porch. THIS is the very essence of Newport - a small cottage by the sea with a sunny kitchen, 2 large bedrms, & 2 full baths. Parking for 2 cars!

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.
