Villa a schiera sul mare nel Villaggio TANCA PIRAS di Nebida. La villa, di circa 70 mq, è dislocata su due livelli. Al primo livello si trova il soggiorno, la cucina abitabile e il bagno, ed una splendida terrazza panoramica. Al livello superiore due camere da letto e un bagno con doccia. Da tutti gli ambienti si gode una splendida vista sul mare. Ogni camera è dotata di impianto di aria condizionata, è inoltre presente la connessione internet WI FI. Piscina aperta dal 15 giugno 2022

Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
