It features two queen-size memory foam pillow-top beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and down blankets. Lightweight quilts are also available for warm sleepers. Sit-up bar with two stools, smart TV with electric fireplace in the corner gives it a touch of romance! Loveseat with ottoman. Small loft that kids could sleep in for short stays. Small coffee pot, under counter fridge, and nice size mirror over farm sink.

The yard has been landscaped recently and has a fence around the back of the property, a garage is included with a month or more stay. The neighborhood is quite and neighbors are respectful. The location is great just a 3 minute drive to Interstate 25, 4 minutes to the box stores and 5 minutes to downtown. Fantastic for long term stays.
