Hello, my name is Janka. I moved here 7 years ago, fell in love with this beautiful place and never left! Holiday in Puerto Rico serves up more hours of sunshine throughout the year than anywhere else on Gran Canaria. This special place is close to everything you need, shopping, dining, restaurants, bars, grocery stores. And it´s 10-15 minutes from the sandy beach of Puerto Rico. A beautiful promenade /1km/ along the ocean will take you to another beautiful beach, Amadores.

Beautiful villa in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria, featuring a private pool and panoramic sea views. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends, it offers three bedrooms — each with its own terrace to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Two bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, while the third has a private bathroom just steps away. The open-plan kitchen and living area open directly onto outdoor spaces, including a BBQ area, a dining terrace, and a comfortable chill-out lounge.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)
