Encantadora casita de pescadores en primera línea, junto al mar en Biniancolla. Una pequeña propiedad que se utilizaba como casa de pescadores. Posee rasgos singulares e únicos y está completamente renovada. La casa está dividida en dos pisos. En el piso inferior se encuentra la sala de estar y la cocina. Hay una pequeña terraza donde se puede disfrutar del atardecer mirando al mar. El piso superior posee una cama doble con vistas al mar, una zona de asiento, y un baño completamente equipado.

Tous les extérieurs ont une vue sur la mer et de nombreux endroits ont été aménagés à l’ombre ou au soleil pour un farniente salvateur.

La vista del mare, con l’isola dell’Aire e il suo faro davanti a noi, e la tranquillità sono ciò che più caratterizza questo luogo di pace. Le ampie vetrate, presenti in ogni ambiente, danno luce a tutta la casa, consentendo di godere della bellissima vista del mare.

Magnificent place set back from the house built on the edge of the canyon. Not overlooked, totally private, the view of the canyon is spectacular. The swimming pool is an integral part of the studio and is not shared with any other traveler. The beach is a 5 minute walk away.

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

Casa Binimares is a beautiful house facing the sea where you can breathe peace and tranquility. It is located in the fishing village Biniancolla, in the municipality of Sant Lluis. The beautiful beach of Binibequer is a 5’ It has two double bedrooms and a study with two sofas with a private sink. The kitchen is completely equipped. The porch has a barbecue and has a table with a capacity for eight people. It has stunning views of the sea!

Three minute walk to the sea. There is a Balearic Sustainable Tourism (Ecotax) of €2 per person per day. This will be collected after checking in
