It is very quiet! 1 free parking space conveniently located in front of the house. Apt is in Puntas, Rincon central to all beaches, restaurants and everything that is rincon! Since this apartment is on the back of the house it is exceptionally quiet. Powerful AC to cool. All newly and fully furnished!

If you want to spend a few days of rest near the beach (5 minutes walking and 1 minute by car to Sandy Beach) and close to places of interest. A very quiet and relaxing place. WiFi Internet, cable TV, equipped kitchen, towels, A/C and more. Balcony outside to have a cup of coffee or just contemplate nature, with screens to avoid mosquitoes. Beautiful home located in the heart of Puntas with nearby beaches, lighthouse, restaurants and bars. Our home offers private parking, full kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom with queen bed and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. We have a generator and backup water reserve! We also have a spacious back deck where you can watch the ocean and star gaze! We will only allow staying guests on property. No visitors, large gatherings or parties.
