Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Fresh, open and fully renovated, with large windows facing the ocean, it’s an easy walk to restaurants and shops along the nearby Seawalk. Watch for whales, eagles and sea lions out front. Explore the area or cozy up. 55” TV. Enjoy a glass of wine in the deep soaker tub while watching marine vessels and wildlife out front. We are very pleased to share our home with you.

Madeira Park Beach house is a seaside retreat with spectacular ocean views and sunsets from every room. This well laid out and spacious, South West facing waterfront house, is perfect for a relaxing, sun drenched nature getaway. Walk/hike for hours, and enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and exploring the beach right from the house. Hang out on the endless decks, observe the wildlife including eagles, sea otters, herons and occasionally whales and dolphins!
