Use the 2 sit on top Kayaks and paddle boards, included with your stay, to explore the harbour and the small islands across from the house. With over 1100 square feet, there is a full kitchen and open, spacious dining and living areas. 15.5% Airbnb fees are included in the price.

Welcome to your lakefront oasis in Youbou, British Columbia. Designed as a place for friends and family to gather, the Youbou Lakehouse is a sanctuary where you can unwind and connect with the natural world. Enjoy private lake access, a stunning view, 2 outdoor fire pits, paddle boards, a gorgeous sauna, salt water hot tub, and a massive 85” TV with surround sound. Bench 170

Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of front lawn. A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years. Madeira Park Beach House

Madeira Park Beach house is a seaside retreat with spectacular ocean views and sunsets from every room. This well laid out and spacious waterfront house, is perfect for a relaxing, sun drenched nature getaway. Walk/hike for hours, and enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and exploring the beach right from the house. Hang out on the endless decks, both up high, and down by the water until sunset. Observe wildlife: eagles, sea otters, herons and sometimes whales and dolphins!

South facing, sheltered from most of the wind, walk-on oceanfront in the city! Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. This unique old south facing waterfront multilevel house has the best view and the best waterfront access on the most prestigious street in Nanaimo. Lots of parking. The AirBnB space is available for 4 adults plus children. Everything you need including kayaks and bicycles! Sometimes you can get free boat rides with the owner.
