Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Or for those sunnier days, throw open the French doors and enjoy a coffee in the courtyard.

Campbell St Cottage, Hobart CBD

Built in the late 19th Century of convict brick, solid rendered walls, larth and plaster ceilings, Kauri and Tas Oak polished floorboards and listed with the Tasmanian Heritage Council, Campbell St Cottage just happens to be centrally located within the Hobart CBD and the vibrant restaurant area of North Hobart, both of which are in easy walking distance.

The Moonah Barn & beautiful garden with sauna!

This is a lovely converted barn in Moonah, great for families, groups or a private getaway. It's part of a historic property and was converted in the 1950s. It's recently had a complete makeover - with polished hardwood floors, and a beautiful gardens. We've also got a wood-fired Huon pine sauna for guests to enjoy!

Glebe Emporium with easy parking - Central Hobart

Rambling roses frame the verandah of our 1880's fully renovated weatherboard cottage, centrally located in the Glebe, an easy 10 minute walk to the Waterfront, city centre, cafes and restaurants of North Hobart and close to the Aquatic Centre, Tasmanian Tennis Centre and the Botanical Gardens.
