It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Without the tourist tax of 4 euros per day per adult charged in the center of Lisbon It is a functional apartment with 78m², fully equipped, close to a small public garden, where with luck you can see green parrots flying in the early morning and late afternoon.

About 15 min. walk from the village of Penedo and 25 min. walk from Adraga beach. you are 15 min. by car from Sintra, 25 min. from Cascais and 40 min. from the airport. In the beautiful surroundings it is possible to take long hikes in the green forest or at the top of the stunning cliffs .

The apartment is in a residential area of Lisbon and very peaceful location but still within the centre of the city. Next to the Benfica and Sporting football stadiums. Comfortable and near all amenities and transport. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and the underground is a 5 minute walk with a direct line to the old town. Biggest shopping centre in Europe is 5 minutes away. There are very few bookings on the calendar because it was only put on abnb on 18/6.
