Just a few minutes away, you’ll also find Tróia, known for its paradisiacal beaches with crystal-clear waters and white sand, perfect for unforgettable days of relaxation. Fully renovated in 2020, this house was designed to provide comfort, privacy, and well-being. Accommodating up to 5 people, it features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a double bed and a single bed. The house includes an indoor bathroom, a spacious living room with large glass windows that open directly to the garden and pool, creating a unique connection between the interior and exterior, especially at the end of the day when the atmosphere transforms into a true scene of tranquility. The kitchen is modern, white, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house also offers air conditioning, television, and internet. Outside, you’ll find a private exotic garden designed for relaxation and socializing. The pool, seamlessly integrated into the garden space, is saltwater and enjoys excellent sun exposure throughout the day. Around it, there are loungers and outdoor cushions, perfect for unwinding. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. For food lovers, the house has a barbecue, ideal for preparing fresh fish or a picanha and enjoying a relaxed meal outdoors. In front of the main house, there is a unique support space with a rustic kitchen and a bathroom, perfect for family or friends’ gatherings. The apartment is in a residential area of Lisbon and very peaceful location but still within the centre of the city. Next to the Benfica and Sporting football stadiums. Comfortable and near all amenities and transport. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and the underground is a 5 minute walk with a direct line to the old town. Biggest shopping centre in Europe is 5 minutes away. There are very few bookings on the calendar because it was only put on abnb on 18/6.
