We are 5km from city centre and buses to the City Centre bus passes every 20 minutes . Walking distance to a sandy beach and St Annes Park. Seafront promenade across the road. We have deck tables, chairs with seat covers. Adrian and I are a mature couple who are renting out our home while we travel.
