Das 2019 total renovierte Apartment verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Flachbild Sat TV und Netflix Zugang, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler, ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, sowie eine separate Toilette. Besonderes Highlight der Wohnung ist die hübsche Sonnenterrasse mit Blick in den Garten.

In our renovated historic townhouse in prime location, a modern 21 m² (225 sq ft) guest studio for 1–2 people awaits you. It is safely accessible via a shared stairwell, with a separate entrance. Enjoy full privacy in your own area, used exclusively by you. In our inner courtyard below the fortress, a small private seating area is available for your exclusive use. The local overnight accommodation tax is included in the price and enables free use of public transportation.

The apartment is an independent building in the garden. About 40 m2 with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bath / WC (shower). Parking available (side street, free of charge). This cozy apartment is located in a small house in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk from Neutor, the gateway to Salzburg’s historic old town. It was largely newly furnished 2 years ago with great attention to detail, ensuring that our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Thanks to the electronic Nuki locks, check-in is very easy. You can check yourself in at any time after 3:00 pm.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
