New cabin, located 5 minutes from town and under 20 minutes from White Pass. The cabin is nestled at the peaceful end of a rural road, next to its sister cabin. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide mountain views. The cabin is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, bathrobes, slippers, a large washer/dryer. Our Chalet style cabin is perfect for families or friends getting together. The cabin is located about 45 minutes from White Pass Ski area, about 30 minutes from the Stevens canyon entrance to Mt. Rainier. The cabin is one of 3 cabins laid out on a spacious 6 acre property. Each cabin has plenty of privacy and room. Enjoy outside with our covered deck, private hot tub & fire pit. There are a few common areas that include play structure (off deck about 20 ft, garden, & paths to the river.

Historical White Pass Ticket Booth Packwood

This is the original White Pass Ski Resort ticket booth, then lifty shack, and finally wax room, built in the 1950's, when White Pass first opened. It became somewhat run down and put out of service, but was rescued by a Packwoodian with vision. It was hauled down from White Pass on a flatbed truck, where it was given a new metal roof, insulation, rough-hewn cedar and corrugated metal interior walls. With log bunkbeds, rocking chairs, cozy blankets, it's a snug abode for skiers and hikers!
