This beautiful granite gate lodge is over 200 years old and is tucked inside the entrance to The Manor Cottages. It overlooks the Brittas river which is full of wildlife all year round. The cottage has recently been renovated in a traditional style but with all the modern day comforts. The cottage has a romantic feel to it and is wonderfully private. The cottage has its own designated parking area and a large private garden. It’s close to both Dublin and the airport yet feels wonderfully remote.

It has all the authentic features of the period properties in the area, including high ceilings and sash windows, and offers a rare chance to stay in a beautiful and refined central location, in your own house. Important to note this is an area and location with a lively night life, with late night noise a feature, but is perfect if you want a stylish stay within walking distance of the city centre.

Charming 4 bedroom detached home in the historical village of Ranelagh. You will love the location! Dublin City (St Stephen’s Green/Grafton St) is 3km away, less than 10 min by Luas (tram, Beechwood stop) which is a 2 minute walk from our house. O’ Connell St (city centre) is 15 min by tram. Ranelagh, our village is a hub of numerous restaurants and pubs. Spoilt for choice! We love gardening and hope you will enjoy the outdoor spaces with koi filled ponds, large patio area, bbq and gazebo.

Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth.
