Endeavour View - Rayner Cabin

The eco cabin has incredible sea views and is a perfect, private place to relax on the coastal walkway for those who enjoy nature. It is 10 minutes off the Queen Charlotte Track in Endeavour Inlet. There is NO ROAD in. Access is by walking, biking or by boat and a good level of fitness/agility is required. 2 extra guests can tent if requested. We are 19km from Ship Cove, roughly a 5-6 hour walk depending on your speed, (4km from Furneaux Lodge). The cabin is signposted, 400m off the QC Track.

Our Kayaks for your use, & our shoreline deck are a 2 minute walk down to the beach. A great spot to relax in the sun. Outdoor BBQ area and spa pool sets the scene for your relaxing break away. Escape the city and see the stars at this rural hideaway with breathtaking views. Take in the night sky whilst relaxing on the deck or view the morning sunrise from the comfort of being in bed. Located 20 minutes drive north from Nelson city, a unique converted container studio unit sits on a rural 5 acre property beside the main house. It has it's own entrance off our shared driveway. Handy to Happy Valley Adventure Park and stunning Cable Bay - a 15 minute drive down the valley.

Beach house suite - 2 bdrm - Absolute waterfront!

Absolute WATERFRONT! Our very unique, semi self-contained, downstairs guest suite is beachfront in the picturesque Marlborough Sounds. Only 10 minutes drive from Picton where the train, bus or ferry connects you to the gateway of the South Island or North Island. Soak in the spa pool, relax on a deck with a glass of wine, use the kayaks or paddleboard or put out a fishing rod just metres from your suite. Unique location right on the waters edge in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds.

The Courtyard - in a beautiful rural location

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

Great value property, early check in and late check out. Winter or summer this modern house is the perfect getaway retreat. Nestled amongst bush with breath taking views from every room. This property is a 10 minute stroll to town and a stone's throw from the new walk / cycle track to Linkwater. You will feel in holiday mode the moment you arrive. Access road not suitable for campervans.
