Studio 8 is a private studio with a stunning view of the apricot sand beaches and lagoon of beautiful Cable Bay. Relax and unwind while you take in the view of the sea all the way across the bay to the KariKari Peninsula. Come and relax in our private studio, suitable for 1 person or for a couple. There are more than 13 eateries all within 5 minutes drive away. A private walkway down to the beach. Plus the best Ice Cream shop within walking distance! Perfect location to explore the Far North.

Linric Fold - 2 Br cottage

Fully self contained 2 bdrm cottage on a lifestyle farm. (Tariff is for 2 people). We have a small herd of cattle, including 3 Scottish Highlands. The bulk of the land is in native bush, with bush walks. 1 km from the Pou Herenga Tai cycle way, & about 30 mins drive from both Kaikohe & Kerikeri. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room/lounge - it is comfortable, warm and homely. Limited Wifi and Freeview TV available. Our home till we built our new house (see photos).

The guest house has its own kitchen and bathroom, 1 queen bed & its very own private courtyard out the back, directly overlooking the beautiful water views. Step outside the guest house front entrance and you enter an inner courtyard shared with the main house covered in planted flowers. The back of the property has the life sized Dolls House containing it's own single bed, loft and fold up bed - perfect for your very own tea party!

Fully serviced and equipped waterfront property. 140 yr old kauri cottage. Simple, 'old-style' kiwi bach. All beds will be made and towels provided on the beds. Service fee is included in the rates. The cottage has stunning views facing Northwest and of the tidal Harbour. The house is set in the central part of the historic town of Rawene on the Hokianga.
