This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. A seasonal fire pit is a favorite place to star gaze and eat smores to your hearts content. Quiet and very comfortable. The space is yours and yours alone. Very private and not shared!
