On the second floor of a completely rebuilt heritage building, this European-style apartment is the most central of all apartments in Red Deer. On the corner of 50th and 50th in the heart of the city it has easy access to social and recreational amenities. Many restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and walking trails are within metres of this location. It's one block to the civic bus terminal, city hall park, and central in the business and historical district.

Fully furnished basement suite

Located in Oriole Park, nothing is too far away. Easy access to anything in Red Deer via the main roads with restaurants, stores, the highway and the college only minutes away. Parking along the front of the house is free and you are more than welcome to use the backyard. Two larger dogs live upstairs and use the backyard but do not go downstairs to the unit. The washer/dryer are free of charge and the kitchenette has everything except for a dishwasher.

Enjoy lake life from your private, enclosed patio or walk just 15 meters for direct access to the lakefront and beach. Take advantage of the many amenities within walking distance; micro brewery's, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and shopping. This recently renovated unit is located in a quiet, secure building.

SunRise SUITE

You will enter SunRise Suite from the back of the house and it is a separate unit within the lower floor of the home. The spacious suite includes a full kitchen and 3 piece bathroom with shower. You will sleep in a kingsize bed in the bedroom. Also on the lower level are two Airbnb bedrooms for other guests. You will have access to a washer and dryer which is outside the suite door and shared with other Airbnb guests.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base right on Lakeshore Drive. Walk across the street to the beach, rent a sea-doo or sample the farmer's market on Fridays. Restaurants and patios are just a few minutes walk away. Lake view, with amazing sunrise and the best display of town fireworks when they’re scheduled. Bask in a piece of Paradise in Sylvan Lake!
