Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch. Fridge is stocked with eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, wine. We have a large HD screen TV and Roku, but no local cable. 7 miles from Mohonk Preserve and 10 miles from Gunks climbing area, and great Cross-country skiing. Self check-in

Convenient to Marist College, Vassar College, the CIA, FDR home , Vanderbilt Mansion, Locust Grove, breweries, Rail trails and Wineries. NO third party booking allowed.

This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

The Atala is a two story 3BR/2Bath house, nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to the city's excitement and attractions. Enjoy three inviting bedrooms with air conditioning/heating and a fully equipped kitchen. Our backyard with furniture, fire pit, and gas grill, is perfect for relaxing with family and friends.

There is an additional day bed in the living area/ sitting room space , a TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime with wifi connection throughout. The bathroom has modern fixtures and a claw-foot tub/shower. There is a private entrance with additional half bath . A private porch and use of the beautiful backyard.

Relax in a cozy studio in the peaceful woods. Tasteful high-quality touches will have you feeling comfortable right away! This is an ideal space for up to 2 adults and up to 2 children. We live upstairs & offer self-check-in. A rare find in the Hudson Valley, our neighborhood is mostly flat, with walkable, quiet roads, and excellent bird-watching. It's an easy bike ride to connect to the vast state-wide rail trail system & all that the Mohonk Preserve has to offer.
