“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. Tiny house sits at the front of our 10 acre property with a beautiful pond & fishing. This is a great place to unwind/disconnect. Super comfy queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Smart TV works from your hot spot. BluRay player. 1 mile-Green Goat Winery (open Fri/Sat) and 3 miles- Blue Moon Nursery. 20 min-Canton, 20 min-Tyler, 10 min-Ben Wheeler for great food/music.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Guest house approximately 6-8 miles from Winstar Casino. Whether you are looking for a romantic get-away or coming for a show at Winstar we are the best game in town. Especially economical and very private. Nestled on the edge of 280 acres of family land this is truly a diamond in the rough. You can cook for yourself or steal away to the Casino for a gourmet-meal. Covered parking. We believe a clean place is best and will not disappoint you.

This unique place has a style all its own. Close to Bishop Arts and Downtown our guest house has all the privacy and convenience you need. Thru your private entrance you walk past the waterfall pond, under an arch of tree vines, into a cozy and updated home. Outside at the end of the wraparound porch you’ll find a private fire pit. On the rooftop there’s a 2 person hot tub with incredible views of the city and Dallas National Golf Club.
