Barn Stay at Shadowbrook Farm

Welcome to the Shadowbrook Farm Stay. Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this 1700's Shaker barn has been restored into a beautiful guest house. It sits upon a two hundred acre working pasture raised meat farm. This barn was used to hold, and milk cows for two hundred and fifty years. Guests will have access to portions of the farm lands which are highlighted on the maps provided in the Farm Stay manual. If you follow the farm road, you are able to meet every farm animal on the property!

Grey House

Nestled in the beautiful hills of Grafton New York Greyhouse welcomes you. Grey house is a one story home that has been completely renovated with your comfort in mind. Adjacent to Greywacke Meadows. The 3 bedrooms are attractive and comfortable and sleep up-to six guests. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and a main bathroom is centrally located. Not wheelchair accessible at this time as there are stairs into the house. Multi level porches and a large patio with seating areas.

Upstate Homestead Cottage

Come relax on our cozy homestead in upstate NY! Beautiful in all seasons, you are welcome to wander around the 8 acre property and/or use it as a home base to everything the Capital Region has to offer. Approximately 20 minutes to Albany, 15 minutes to Troy. Groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants are all a quick drive. 30 minutes to Jiminy Peak. Please note we live on the property about 50 feet away in the main house. The property currently has dogs, chickens, honey bees and goats.

Escape to our cozy Glass Lake cottage in Averill Park—your all-season retreat. Spend the day on the water or relax in the outdoor space with stunning lake views. Just 25 minutes from the Albany Amtrak station and 50 minutes from Saratoga, explore nearby Berkshires leaf-peeping, Jiminy Peak skiing, drive-in movies, and charming towns like Chatham and Hudson. Our family has long loved this lake, and we’re excited to share it with you—whether for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.

The Lodge at June Farms

See more of us on Prime Video's tv show, June Farms... streaming now! This cabin is a stunning, rustic, open-floor-plan retreat. The screened-in front porch looks down onto our horse pasture. This cabin is our most romantic cabin on the property. Our gigantic rain shower in the bathroom has an 8'x5' wall mirror and a French door that opens out to the forest. If you are a cook, this cabin is a chef's dream. You might also like our stunning new cabin called The Farmhouse.

Cozy Retreat in the Trees

Time travel to 1958 in this architectural gem! This mid-century modern glass and wood cabin is 300 yards away from a charming small lake. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.

Overlook at Graceful Acres Farmstay

Enjoy the grace of a historic family farm in the heart of eastern NY. Let the cool, fresh air and sounds of the outdoors start your day. Fill your time with a hike across our 440 acre farm then spend time with the animals and learn more about regenerative farming during a scheduled farm tour. Graceful Acres Farmstay is situated an hour south of the Adirondack State Park and within 35 minutes of Saratoga Springs, Albany, Troy, NY and Bennington, VT.

Lake House in Averill Park, NY

Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
