The cabin is located on South Harper Lake, known for wonderful swimming and great fishing for musky, largemouth bass, walleye, and panfish. While the lake is only 72 acres and generally very quiet, people enjoy tubing, skiing, jet skiing, canoeing, and kayaking here.
