Few minutes’ walk away you will find Andrejosta – central marina with various restaurants, bars and clubs. Old Riga & other sightseeing objects are around 15 minutes’ walk away.

The apartment is newly renovated, and it serves a function for “Artist-in-Residency”, as it is connected to the RIXC Gallery, located in the same building.
