Hegranes guesthouse on a farm

We would like to welcome you to come and stay in our lovely guesthouse at our farm in the heart of Skagafjordur. Here you can relax and enjoy your evening in our hot tub, take a walk to visit our calm and gentle horses, we also own a beautiful lake and we are "forest farmers" i.e. we plant 10.000 trees each year and we can highly recommend a stroll through our young forest to the lake. There will be sheep, chicken, cats and dogs around and next to the house there is a beautiful old church:)

The house has 3 bedrooms, a large, open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen, outdoor hot tub, offering breathtaking views of the valley. A newly installed, very fast internet connection allows facilities for remote working. It is 5 min. drive from the fishing village of Dalvik with a supermarket, swimming pool, health center, culture house, wine shop and easy access to main sights.

Icelandhorsetours - Helluland

Our guesthouse is new build in 2016. There are three privat rooms and a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom, also there is the possibility to be together. At our farm we offer you to take a look at our animals and also we offer horse riding tours. Just 9km from our farm is the city Sauðárkrókur where you can do nice things and go for example to have dinner. Also there a lot of other possibilities what you can do in our area like visiting a natural hot pot or a turf house as much more :)

Rustic Cabin is a micro apartment connected to our farmhouse. The kitchen and living-room are in the same space where you have two beds, a sleeping sofa and a wonderful view of the sunset or the northern lights - if you're lucky. And then there is a nice private bathroom. Steinnes is a farm located in picturesque Icelandic scenery with a beautiful view of mountains and the river running by. It lies 15 minutes (by car) south of Blönduós and 2 km from the main road.

Our cozy cottage with a geothermal hot pool, offers a quiet retreat where you can slow down and enjoy the calm of North Iceland. The hot pool, located just a few steps from the cottages, is available to our guests 24 hours a day, all year round. It is a perfect place to relax in summer and watch northern lights in winter. 105 fm rúmgott hús (HG-00018168) í rólegu umhverfi. Hestar á beit, fjallasýn og nóg af plássi allt í kring. Um 7 km á Sauðárkrók þar sem eru verslanir, veitingastaðir og sundlaug með heitum pottum. Skíðasvæðið í Tindastóli er í um 20 mín akstursfjarlægð. Hentar vel fyrir fjölskyldur og hundar eru velkomnir.

Frostastaðir - A new loft with spectacular view

We have just recently reconstructed the attic in our house into studio apartments. The space has a new bed and a sofa that can be changed into a cozy bed for 1 if you need. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and the view is extraordinary!
