Surrounded by olive, lemon, orange and mandarin trees, wake up to a breathtaking view of the sea, and islands! The covered patio provides an oasis to relax with a good book, board games, morning coffee, or a glass of your favorite drink. Although we hope you will leave work beind, should you need to connect, WiFi is provided. Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Studio apartment close to the sea

The apartment has been under some renvations in 2026. regarding the kitchen, TV stand and some decorations and it has a small round dining table indoors now so there is a mix of old and new pictures. It is a small studio apartment of 25 m2 or 270 ft2 and a terrace of 5m2 (50 ft2). The apartment in on the first floor of our family home. The house itself is elevated from the street so you have 20 steps to get to the apartment and can see our beautiful Adriatic sea.
