This wonderful yurt is based around a traditional Mongolian yurt with beautifully painted hardwood poles and lattice walls. Lounge in the supremely comfortable king sized bed or soak in the freestanding rolltop bath with a glass of something fizzy. There is a fully kitted out kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm and a firepit outside to barbeque on and warm up those starlit evenings. The Teasel Yurt

You will find The Teasel Yurt tucked into the side of Selsley Common. The large deck looks out over the Severn Vale and Stroud hills - spectacular in all weather and a great spot for sunset. The yurt itself can accommodate a maximum of 5 people with your bedding and towels provided. There is a wood burner to keep the yurt cosy when it is chilly out and the open air kitchen has a canvas roof, a gas burner, firepit/BBQ, sink and cool box. Your bathroom has a hot shower and compost loo.

Mongolian yurt sleeping 2+2 with outdoor space

Come and stay in one of our 2 lovely yurts or bring your friends and hire them both! Private location surrounded by nature and the sound of the river. The yurt is situated on an organic small holding in the beautiful Welsh valleys. You have to cross a foot bridge to get to it. Leave your car on one side of the river and walk to your accommodation. We can also provide fruit and veg as we run an organic market garden in the summer months.
