Newly remodeled basement suite close to everythingIn the middle of Lincoln, my home is near walking and biking trails, the Sunken Gardens, the Children's Zoo, Antelope Park, and Bryan Hospital. It's only about 10 minutes from downtown - Memorial Stadium, the University, and the Haymarket. The basement was completely remodeled in 2016 and has a contemporary feel. It has a separate entrance, 2 egress windows and a daylight window, a kitchenette, and wifi. I do have 2 friendly goldendoodles (Penny and Gracie) who stay upstairs.

Cute Country Cottage near Lincoln, NEThis cottage is about 5 miles south of Lincoln, NE. It has a single bed with a pull out trundle bed underneath on the main floor with 2 lofts that each have a queen bed. You go up a ladder to reach the lofts. Kitchen has stove, refrigerator and sink. Bathroom has shower and toilet. Country setting.
