Kitchen furnished with stove, fridge, cooking utensils, dishes & continental breakfast! Living Room with gas fireplace, elegant bedroom & private bath. Linens provided. This cheery suite in the lower level of our home is equipped with a dual controlled Select Comfort mattress and walk-in jetted tub. The couch and twin mattress on the floor, sleeps 2 more guests comfortably.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the great outdoors, relaxing on the porch facing the lake or sit on the dock and watch some of the most incredible sunsets while sipping your favorite beverage. Supplied Kayaks and Canoe get you floating on the 320 acre lake where you can fish and swim. This little 700 square foot house sits on 8 private acres only with the main house next to it. Nothin' Fancy Guesthouse (20 mins to Chatt)

Welcome to Nothin' Fancy! If you are looking for a basic place to rest, this is an option. Think about this place as one step up from camping. It is behind our main house. We have a full bed, kitchen, and bathroom in a 400-foot space. We’re about 20 minutes away from Chatt. We are animal friendly for a small pet fee. We also have dogs/cats; you may hear them outside. The house has no internet or tv, but we do have cell service. AC window unit only. Only book if old and basic works for you.

Blue Hole at Pigeon Mtn Wildlife Mgmt Area

Come stay in our favorite Gamekeeper's Hut at Fable Realm! The Keeper of Keys' Hut is set on our private 40-acre location. Try your skill at the scavenger hunt, relax by a fire outside (giant-sized cauldron), watch the birds enjoy the pond from outside of this magical stone space just down the hill from The Burrow, and near Fairytale Cottage. Visit nearby Lookout Mountain, Chickamauga, Chattanooga or just RELAX and watch Harry Potter documentaries while enjoying a cold Butterscotch beer!

The house has easy access, just 1 min to high way ( I-75 ) on last exit 353 between Georgia and Tennessee line. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. We are pet friendly!
