We can accommodate an extra adult/child (double sofa bed or single mattress) we have all the necessary things for babies and toddlers. Tea, coffee, milk and toast come free of charge. This newly renovated private sleep-out is situated in our beautiful backyard at our home in Bryndwr. We are less than 10 minutes to both the CBD and Christchurch airport. We enjoy meeting new people from different places and so does our golden lab Chloe. We are also pet friendly. Please contact me before confirming your booking with your pooch. Unfortunately we have had a couple of bad experiences. There is a $15.00 charge if you are travelling with your dog.

A 3 minute drive from Sumner beach, this private room is nestled in the hills with easy access to many stunning walking tracks, and two playgrounds and parks. Our house is perfect for dog owners too, We also have a fenced outdoor dog run you can use and allow well behaved dogs inside the room. We're a young kiwi couple, happy to give local advice or leave you to your own devices.
