Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. Quick 16 mile drive to Sterling State Park. 12 minutes from Detroit Metro Airport. Close to restaurants. 30 minute drive to Detroit or Ann Arbor for sports or activities.

A comfortable home-away with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, living room, and kitchen with full-frig, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric range, toaster oven, microwave and counter that seats 6. New mattresses, bedding, pillows, and towels. Guests welcome to use back patio area with natural fire pit, covered pavilion with gas fire feature, grill and hot tub. Great Wifi and Smart TV.
