This well preserved Victorian House is prominently located on 4th Street at Lee Street in Old Louisville and features 4,976 sq feet of livable space.

The layout is as follows:

First Floor -
Dining Room with seating for 8
Living room
Kitchen
Laundry
Master Bedroom
Full bath with stand up shower*
*The full bath is located directly across the hall from the first-floor master. It also serves as the primary bathroom on the first floor.

Second Floor -
3 Bedrooms, each with queen beds
2 full baths, one with a standing shower, and with a tub/shower
The bathrooms are located in the hallway and do not attach to a particular bedroom.

Third Floor -
2 bedrooms with queen beds
Sitting room
Water closet with sink and toilet
3/4 bath with standing shower and sink

Guest access
Guests have use of the entire main house. Nothing is off limits. There is a basement apartment with a private entrance that is separate from the main house. The entrance is via the courtyard gate on the side of the house. The rear courtyard is the only potentially shared space, if the apartment is in-use. It is a completely separate and private suite with no direct access to the house.

Detailed check-in instructions will be sent by e-mail at 3 PM EST the day prior to your arrival and will include information related to parking and property access. Check out is at 10 AM.

We do our best to accommodate all early check-in and late check-out requests. Please contact us the day prior to your scheduled check-in or check-out to discuss. Check-ins before 2 PM and check-outs after 11 AM will have an additional cost.

This property has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community.

Other things to note
You will be renting an entire house. Unlike a hotel, no one is on-site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all.

We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply listens to the noise level (measured in decibels).

Our kitchens are well-equipped to prepare meals and feature all cookware and dining utensils. Basics, such as salt, pepper, and oil, are often on-site. However, we are not always made aware when the last of these items are used. Please check the space before going to the grocery to ensure you have all items necessary for meal preparation.

Parking directly in front of the house is by pass only, weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM, because of our proximity to the University. We are given one pass for the house by the City. Additional parking is available on all cross streets and other nearby streets during this time. No more than 3 vehicles would be ideal for this setting. All parking is free and never too difficult to find.

Uber and Lyft are available nearly 24/7 and can take you anywhere in the city. Most destinations can be reached in 15 minutes or less. Our city thrives on Lyft and Uber. Download the apps on your phone and be anywhere within minutes. Nulu and Downtown also offer a Bike Share Program, LouVelo, and scooters, Lime and Bird.
