Situated right in the heart of the very best and most lush part of Scottsdale, close to all the great shopping, dining, and night life. The location of this 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home is simply ideal for a holiday in Scottsdale. The community borders over 10 miles of walking and biking trails as well as the McCormick Ranch golf course.

Perfect for all group compositions because we will custom set up the bedrooms based on your group's needs for bedding. If you need all bedrooms to have king beds we can do that for you. If you need more beds for singles we can set up the bedrooms with custom made extra-long twin beds so that large groups of singles can all have individual beds.



FLOOR PLAN: The home's floor plan is ideal with a large central gathering area which provides for perfect indoor-outdoor living including the large kitchen with island and breakfast bar which overlooks the great room and entertainment/tv room. The entire home has been remodeled with high-end finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for maximum comfort and enjoyment. The rooms are private and large providing plenty of space, and all bedrooms have televisions and dedicated closets.

KITCHEN: Kitchen has everything any group will need to enjoy their culinary enjoyments including double ovens, large refrigerator, dishwasher, double sinks, island cook top, microwave, and wine fridge and bar sink.

PRIVATE BACKYARD: The backyard includes a heated pool and hot tub/spa, and a beautiful built-in BBQ and mini outdoor kitchen counter set up. Beautiful out door furnishings and an outdoor dining table area perfect for sunset outdoor dining or morning breakfasts and coffee.

WALKING DISTANCE: The home is only a short walk north to a large shopping strip mall with restaurants and shopping including Butter's Breakfast House as well as the Village Coffee Roastery cafe. A short walk south of the home you will find a boutique mall anchored by a large Starbucks walk-in coffee house and restaurants including the VIG Eatery and Lox, Stock, and Bagels cafe, and LA Fitness gym.

PARKING: The home also includes plenty of private parking with a large two-car garage which opens up to the back end of the home's kitchen and laundry room area.

We are readily available to help with any aspect of your stay. We have also have employed a back-up professional support desk for the rare times when we are not available to assist you.

Please read my house rules and please do not book my home or request to book my home if you are in any way uncomfortable with any of the following.

House Rules:

*Street address and email address need to be provided to receive all arrival instructions.

*Renter data form to include occupant and emergency contact information, and full acceptance of the landlord's Rental
Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.

*All Renters must submit ID & credit card verification to secure online portal. Minimum age to rent is 25. No Exceptions.

*Daily energy fee to heat the pool and spa $60

*All renters may clean the BBQ grill & refill the BBQ propane tank to avoid fees associated with BBQ usage. Otherwise, tank refill is $15, cleaning is $35.

*Additional terms and conditions apply. You will receive a copy of our terms and conditions via email which you can sign digitally. This is not an executed contract until you sign a copy of the terms and conditions.

*Quiet hours after 9 p.m. to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.

*Standard rates include up to 7 people 5 years of age and older. Occupancy levels above 7 will incur and additional occupancy charge of $25 per person, per night.

Arrival instruction are sent after completing online Renter Data Form including information about occupancy and vehicles required by the HOA. You will receive a personal property access code after 1 p.m. on the day of your arrival when you call our Arrival Line (number provided in arrival instructions email). For the safety and privacy of current renters, you will not be given the home's access code or exact address until the afternoon of your arrival. You will be given the location of the homes nearest cross streets, generally within 500 feet of the physical location of the home.

Our standard departure time is 10 am although exceptions are made based on occupancy and between-occupancy maintenance requirements. Early arrival & or late departure fees apply.

Before departing the home, you will be asked to call our Departure Phone Line (number provided on departure sheet left at the home for you) and to leave a message indicating the time you will depart the home. This will alert the housekeepers to the best time to arrive to the home. You will also be asked to complete a Departure form which will include some minor household steps to ready the home for the post-occupancy property inspection and the arrival of the housekeeping staff.

Home comes stocked with a starter supply of toiletries and perishables including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Household supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters and trash bags and general assortment of kitchen spices. All renters will be presented with the option to purchase a larger supply of the items mentioned above.

Bed Configuration: Customizable to suit your group's needs

1: Bdrm 1 has 1 king bed and a couch includes ensuite bathroom on ground floor
2: Bdrm 2 may be set up with 1 king bed or two extra large/long twin beds (optional)
3: Bdrm 3 may be set up with 1 king bed or two extra large/long twin beds (optional)
4: Bdrm 4 may be set up with 1 king bed or two extra large/long twin beds (optional)
5: Bdrm 5 has 1 king bed and 1 twin bed includes an ensuite bathroom
