There are many authentic restaurants and Grand Avenue shopping nearby. Bring your dog(s) and let them play in the privately fenced in backyard! Very spacious, kitchen, walk in closet, Newly renovated amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, lg yard, wonderful back porch, great books selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off street parking. This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)
