You can even match the single beds to have a large double bed. You'll find beautiful and spacious bathrooms, with a large shower to ensure maximum relaxation. The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. The house is located in a very quite "borgo" not many cars, just the sound of the river and birds while you are enjoying your al fresco dinner in the private garden, under the wisteria canopy. Strategically located in the center of the region, close to Bassano, Venice, the mountains and many historic small cities.

Casa nel cuore della zona di produzione del Prosecco, e' una delle piu' antiche di Guia; ristrutturata piu' volte negli anni, ora puo' accogliere turisti itineranti e per soggiorni prolungati. Vicinissimi: Venezia (56 km), Treviso (31), Bassano del Grappa (30), Cortina d'Ampezzo (105) e, le Dolomiti piu' vicine, ad un'ora di macchina. Casa Linda è un alloggio indipendente ricavato da un ex laboratorio di falegnameria, accanto alla nostra abitazione. Offre molta privacy, vi accoglie con il suo arredo originale ed ecosostenibile. Il calore della stufa a legna crea un ambiente confortevole ( unica fonte di riscaldamento della stanza). Casa Linda si trova ai piedi dei colli Berici, a 10 minuti dal centro storico di Vicenza, immersa nel verde ma vicina ai principali collegamenti stradali e servita da una pista ciclabile.

Casetta singola immersa nella natura con vista panoramica mozzafiato sulla città di Belluno. E' perfetta per chi cerca una vacanza di relax o per chi ama passeggiate ed escursioni. L'ampio giardino è parzialmente condiviso con gli ospiti di Casa Cere (la grande casa gialla adiacente), senza però impedire ad entrambi di godere di uno spazio privato. La vasca idromassaggio riscaldata (utilizzabile tutto l'anno) e la zona barbecue sono servizi condivisi con gli ospiti di Casa Cere.

La zona e centrale e ben servita. La casa e situata a 8 min. a piedi dalla stazione Santa Lucia e a 10 min. da Piazzale Roma, a 2 min abbiamo la fermata Riva di Biasio che collega l'intera città e conduce a San Marco, Murano, Burano etc. Ottimo punto di partenza per scoprire la bellezza della magica Venezia!
