You have full access to the entire property which includes a hot tub spa pool, fire pit and trampoline. Kayaks and stand up paddleboards are available if you would like a touch of adventure. These facilities are all shared.

Relax in the Spa. Take the Paddle Boards or Kayaks out or soak up the sunshine. Make use of the E-scooters & Bikes or Netflix & chill.

Time out on Tilsley

Time on Tilsley is a great base to explore the forest and sightseeing spots of Rotorua from. Perfect for 4; can sleep 6. Luxe linens on two queen beds plus an inner sprung sofa bed makes a comfortable bed for 2 additional guests; well stocked kitchen with fridge basics; sliding doors open onto the patio for morning Nespresso; or evenings around the fire pit out the back. Bedding and towels provided. Lock your bikes away with the washing machine and drying rack in the laundry.

Escape to a stunning and peaceful haven where you can reconnect with friends and family. The home has great indoor/outdoor flow and an open plan layout. Set up on the hill with extensive views across the lake to the majestic Mount Tarawera. Located at the top end of Spencer Road, close to boat ramps at Kariri Point (Boat Shed Bay) and Stoney Point beach and playground. Unwind on the deck complete with seating, and an outdoor fire. All one level & child friendly.

Sparrow Hut

This off-grid and self-build hut, unreachable by car, is set in a quiet, idyllic, rural landscape, overlooking rolling farmland with no another property in sight. It is situated in the middle of our 120 acre cattle farm. Solar power,a walk across rolling farmland, and a STEEP AND UNEVEN 10 MINUTE HIKE UPHILL to get to the hut, offer an authentic off-grid experience. We recommend only bringing up the bare necessities. Get your boots on and explore!

Luxury apartment, hot tub & free wifi

Luxury two bedroom self contained apartment. Quality bed linens and towels. Hot tub, unlimited wifi. The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.

Our family of 4 would love to host you in our newly built bnb. Enjoy your own private setting with a peaceful view and open living. After exploring and enjoying the endless activities nearby (see notes) you can relax in the spa, light the outdoor fire, and make yourself at home. Suitable for couples wanting a relaxing break. House is situated on our section but it is fully self contained and private/fenced off.

Rita's Cottage , quiet and close to Lake

Located just meters from Lake Rotorua in Ngongotaha. As a holiday destination you would have a hard time finding such a peaceful and convenient spot. Newly renovated , it's sunny, set in lovely gardens and only a short stroll to the lake and boat ramp. A great fishing, kayaking or fly fishing area, with the Ngongotaha stream only a short walk away.

Sunshine Acres - Lake Ohakuri

A private retreat to relax with the whole family or have a romantic weekend away. Enjoy the wood fired bath and sunsets over the lake. Room for the kids with 10 acres to explore. A BBQ is available for outdoor cooking as well as a firepit with grilling. Lake access just minutes away you can bring the boat and spend the days on the water.
