Our place is the perfect mix of Zen and Zest, nestled just 3 miles from Armstrong Woods and a short 4 min stroll from the home is our gorgeous neighborhood beach on the Russian River. Use our kayaks and paddle your worries away, or make a splash with memories that stick. Note, kayaks are not available Oct 1 until Mid April due to fast swift cold water. Party in the backyard with an outdoor shower and hot tub that scream fun in the sun!

Main cabin sleeps 4 (add the Quail's nest to sleep 6). Pet allowed, fee applies. Location! This cabin is rare combo of a tranquil retreat with unsurpassed convenience, located in Jenner. Steps outside the courtyard is coffee & wine shop, often w/ live music, as well as a C-store for anything you may have forgotten. Easy river access/boat launch too. Turn the other direction from the courtyard and find the Jenner Headlands for a picturesque hike. The hot tub under the stars completes the day!

Enjoy the elegant design w/ 18 foot ceilings, multiple sitting rooms, stunning kitchen & formal dining, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, large deck, front porch & hot tub. Walking distance to historic Duncans Mills on the Russian River w/ many local shops, a General Store, the Blue Heron, Cape Fear, Sophie's Cellars, Gold Coast Coffee & Bakery, etc. Duncan House is where old magic & new memories have a cup of coffee. Two different beaches with river access are both just a short 5-7 minute walk away.

The neighborhood has a tennis court, Pee Wee golf course, community playground, and the house is walking distance from the Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music.
