If you want to learn about the history of West Texas and why it is called the "PERMIAN BASIN" the Sandhills State Park has an interesting info center and you can drive through some pretty big sand dunes & even go exploring. Very Interesting to see.

Great Italian Food and large portions at reasonable prices & you can bring your OWN wine or liquor for dinner. Very good service and the take-out is exceptional. We always have food to take home when eating there or order 1 Main dish for the two of us.
