Food Scene
It's one of the hottest brunch restaurant in Korea.
All the menus are delicious and price is not that expensive. Very reasonable. The interior is also sweet and cozy.
This 'CAFE MAMAS' opens at 07:30am(Mon-Fri), 08:00am(Sat-Sun) and closes at 22:00pm everyday.
I ate almost all the menu of CAFE MAMAS, and these were all quite delicious. So I can't recommend particular menu.
For reference, my favorite menus are 'Honey Camembert Cheese Panini(8,900 KRW)', Club Sandwich(8,500 KRW)', 'Pumpkin Soup(6,500)', 'Ricotta Cheese Salad(12,800 KRW)'.
They also have 'Morning Set' (07:30am - 09:30am) everyday except holidays. So if you want some discount, I recommend you to go there in that time.

It is a popular korean snack food made from soft rice cake, fish cake and sweet red chili sause; gochujang.
It's very spicy. But it is also toxicity.

Shopping
If you want to buy some clothes for good price, 'Gangnam Underground Shopping Center' can be perfect choice! There are 200-plus stores in this shopping center in the basement of Gangnam Station. They updated all goods almost everyday. And It's very cheap! Many Korean girls and ladies go there for shopping. But you'd better take cash instead of card. (They might add 10% for tax)

Seoul is almost like 'Building Forest', especially Gangnam.
If you want to take a walk in nature nearby, 'Yeoksam Park' would be the best.

I'm sure that you're schedule would be not enough to see them all no matter how long you stay here. So, there's a tourist information center near from my home. They provide all the pamphlets, maps, books for Seoul and Korea. Even they can help you making tourist schedule!

If you have a plan to go some other cities in korea from Seoul. You can take express bus from here. They sell almost every tickets to go every cities in korea. (except Jeju-do, as you know it's an island.)
