This is the cute little coffee shop on the other side of the street. You can see it from the bedroom window.
They have great cakes and sandwiches, so it's perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea.

Originally this was just an ordinary food market but gradually became a favorite spot for grabbing a quick lunch both for those working nearby and tourists as well. Even one of Hungary's top chefs had a bistro type restaurant there, so it's worth checking out.

This is not one of those feel-good sights of the city but worth visiting anyway. The "shoes by the Danube river" monument was created in memory of those shot into the river during WWII.
