Fire pit (with firewood) in large yard and outdoor kitchen with fish cleaning station, sink, charcoal grill, gas burner, electric fryer on large covered porch. Dogs are allowed with pet fee. (No cats please)

Toledo Bend Hawthorne Fish & Fun Guesthouse #2

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful guesthouse. The guest house can sleep up to 3 people. We have all the amenities necessary for a weekend getaway. There is a Keurig coffee pot and we provide coffee and creamer. There is a small fridge stocked with waters. A BBQ pit outside for grilling. Inside we do provide a small hotplate and microwave. There is a fish cleaning station and a floating dock. The Community boat launch is 200 yards away.

No single adults under 21 years of age can not be in apartment without another adult 21 years or older.

There's a pier that leads out to the lake where boats can be tied up and a private boat launch with the Sabine Civic Club just one block over. This cabin also offers an outdoor cooking area with a sink for cleaning the catch of the day.
