Private boat launch is 2 houses down for anyone with a boat. Very convenient. You will have access to the entire house and the boathouse where you can fish off of the dock, sunbathe, or swim. There is great fishing off the dock. Great for any fisherman coming to fish the lake or a family looking for a quiet getaway. No pets allowed

Built in the 1940's, the home is located by McGee’s Landing Park on the South end of Toledo Bend Lake near the McGee’s Landing Bass fishing flats. The flats are known for some of the best Bass fishing on the lake. We offer free access to the park, boat launch and the private sandy beach with your stay. We also offer access to a covered picnic area in the park to enjoy the summer days and lake view.

Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles!
